1.The electric braking system of the machine is centrally controlled by PLC. According to the requirements of the cutting process, the cutting parameters are set by the touch screen, and the liquid crystal screen displays the control working state. The control system has the functions of starting buffer, stopping anti loosening, meter counting and length fixing, and the operation is very simple

2.The unwinding tension control adopts the full-automatic tension control system to keep the unwinding tension constant, and the taper control can also be realized according to the process requirements

3.The photoelectric automatic deviation correction system is adopted for unwinding and deviation correction, which can automatically “follow the edge” or “follow the line” to ensure the correct feeding position of the substrate

4.The raw material loading and unloading adopts air roof shaftless clamping and hydraulic lifting structure (optional lifting structure)

5.The main traction and rewinding are respectively controlled by servo motor and driven by frequency conversion. The winding tension is automatically controlled by PLC according to the parameters set according to the slitting process requirements and the change of winding diameter

6.Gantry type feeding structure is adopted for feeding, which is convenient for operation

7.Double side big stick friction material receiving, the rewinding shaft is air shaft (optional: slip shaft), and the tension is automatically controlled to adapt to the slitting of multi coil materials with uneven thickness

8.Hydraulic automatic blanking device is adopted for unloading, which is convenient for customers to unloading quickly
