1.The press adopts a full-rotary printing system with interchangeable printing cylinders, providing high printing speeds and excellent print quality.

2.Both the PS plate cylinder and the blanket cylinder feature a sleeve-type design. Plate cylinders of different sizes can be changed to accommodate different print repeat lengths. Cylinder changeover is quick and simple, ensuring easy operation and high production efficiency.

3.The entire press is servo-driven and equipped with computerized automatic pre-registration and fully automatic register control.

4.The inking system automatically adjusts to changes in the outside diameter of the plate cylinder. The optimized ink-transfer path ensures uniform ink distribution. Printing pressure remains stable and is easy to adjust.

5.The unwind unit is equipped with automatic tension control and an automatic web-guiding system.

6.The web tension is precisely controlled by a closed-loop automatic tension-control system, ensuring stable web transport and consistent tension at high operating speeds and thereby achieving high-speed, high-precision printing.

7.The static image detection system can be optionally equipped with an online print-inspection system, providing real-time inspection, dynamic feedback, and timely adjustment to improve the yield of printed products.

8.The press adopts an integrated modular configuration with offset printing as the primary printing process. Flexographic printing, gravure printing, cold-foil stamping, die-cutting, and embossing units can be added and combined as required.
