The Full Rotary Offset Printing Machine Series is a web-fed offset platform built for the flexible packaging and label markets. Centered on offset printing, it uses full-rotary printing with variable-diameter cylinder technology and sleeve-type plate cylinders for quick changeover and fine print quality, with registration accuracy up to ±0.05mm; full servo drive, automatic register control and closed-loop tension control ensure smooth high-speed running. With offset as the core, flexo, gravure, cold-foil, die-cutting and embossing units can be added to finish printing and converting in a single pass. It handles roll paper, film, non-woven fabric and self-adhesive labelstock, serving food, household and label packaging — one platform, configured to fit.
We offer customized machine services where customers can download and fill out a requirement sheet based on the bag-making solution and send it to us for quotation and further details. For logistics and installation, we provide a preparation checklist before machine setup, arrange for our engineer to offer overseas installation services, and train workers on machine operation, ensuring the entire process is followed up until completion. After usage, we establish a tripartite feedback group, send a questionnaire after 15 days of operation, and collect feedback including photos of finished bags, the machine in use, and the customer’s team to help us continuously improve our service and support.
